2 cups of uncooked organic sweet potatoes cut in small squares
¼ cup of water
1 tbsp of honey or agave
2 tbsp of unsweetened organic coconut shredded small
Topping/decoration:
2 tbsp of organic coconut flakes unsweetened
2 tbsp of organic raisins or cranberries
Blend all ingredients well. Decorate with coconut flakes and raisins or cranberries
