Cauliflower & Grape Salad with honey-sriracha vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/4 cup each fresh lemon juice and honey

2 Tbsp. each fresh orange juice, Sriracha sauce, and

extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups pea-shoot salad mix or spring mix

2 cups thinly sliced cauliflower

1 cup halved red seedless grapes

2 Tbsp. chopped roasted and salted pistachios

Directions

Whisk together lemon juice, honey, orange juice, Sriracha, and oil for the vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper. Toss salad mix, cauliflower, and grapes with vinaigrette.

Garnish servings with pistachios

*We omitted the following ingredient: 1 oz. Gorgonzola dolce
