1 lb. of French Beans
1 cup of water
2 tbs. of crushed garlic
Almonds (soaked overnight, rinsed and thinly sliced.)
Salt to taste
1 tbs. of olive oil (optional)
In a large skillet with a cup of water sauté the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat, add the green beans and toss around while cooking.
It will be done when the water starts to evaporate, but not completely, and the green beans are soft, but still crunchy and juicy.
Garnish with almonds.
