Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them in half. In a medium saucepan, cook them until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain the potatoes, and add the vegan butter.
Squeeze some of the roasted garlic in the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or the back of a fork.
Add the milk, until the potatoes are the desired consistency.
Salt to taste.
You may use a mixer to incorporate all the ingredients well together.
Place the potatoes in a nice serving dish and garnish with green onions or parsley.
