1 cup of fresh pumpkin
1 cup of shredded coconut
2 cups of almonds, soaked overnight, peeled
½ cup of raw honey
6 dates
1 tbs. of coconut oil
Dash of pumpkin spice
In a high speed blender mix all ingredients together.
Place some shredded coconut in a flat dish.
Roll small balls in coconut.
