Festive Cranberry Sauce

4 cups of cranberry

2 cups of pineapple, diced small

2 cups of apples, diced small

1 orange, cut small

½ cup of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of raisins, dark or gold

1/3 cup of walnuts, soaked overnight (optional)

Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)  (I used Cinnamon Plus from Pampered Chef: Cinnamon with orange peel, nutmeg, cloves & ginger.) 

6 or 7 cups of Apple juice (enough to cover all the ingredients up)


Place all ingredients in a cooking pan and the apple juice. 

Let it cook well on medium heat until very soft and creamy. 

Serve hot or chilled.
