Vegan Butter – Richmond InStep for Life

Vegan Butter

1 cup olive oil

1 cup coconut oil 

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp soy lecithin

1 cup water


Blend all the ingredients except for the water for about 30 seconds.

Add the water and continue blending until it has the consistency of mayonnaise.

Freeze for 3 hours.

Store in the refrigerator up to two weeks
