2017 - Summer Cooking Class

4 cups of mangoes
1 green apple
2 handfuls of collard greens
2 cups of white or red grapes
2 mint leaves
Juice of half lemon
1 cup of water
1 or 2 cups of ice
Combine the mangoes, apples, collard greens, grapes, mint leaves, lemon juice and water in a blender and puree until smooth, adding 1 or 2 cups of ice to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy!
