Richmond InStep for Life

We are part of Adventists InStep for Life, a program that promotes increase in physical activity and improved nutrition with an emphasis on eating more fruits and vegetables as cornerstones for healthful living. We support the use of these tenets to fight childhood obesity and to improve the health of our community.

Increase physical activity

Find a physical activity you enjoy, and do it.

Eat Well

Choose a diet that includes more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Work together to fight obesity

Each of us has a role to play in reducing childhood obesity and improving the health of individuals, families, and communities.

Cancelled Event:

It is with deepest regret that we must announce the cancellation of our Spring Cooking Class.
