1 cup Raw Cashews, rinsed and coarsely chopped
1 cup Stuffing (uncooked)
1/3 cup Quick Oats
1 cup Non-dairy Milk
1 med Onion, finely chopped
1 tbs Bragg Liquid Aminos (optional)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (season to taste)
2 tbs Dried Parsley or 1/4 cup Freshly Chopped Parsley
1/4 tsp Celery Seeds
Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl - add milk last.
If mixture is too dry add more milk - avoid adding too much liquids (milk). Spoon mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until lightly golden.
